人民财讯7月10日电，当前，广东省雨情水情总体平稳。但受今年第9号台风“巴威”影响，7月10日夜间开始广东省粤东海域风力加大。根据《广东省防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》和省防总有关规定，广东省防汛防旱防风总指挥部已于7月10日17时将防汛Ⅳ级应急响应调整为防风Ⅳ级应急响应。
