据新华社消息，记者从文化和旅游部7月10日举行的旅游市场强迫购物整治工作新闻发布会上获悉，今年上半年，全国文化和旅游市场网上举报投诉处理系统接收旅游投诉数量同比下降24.2%，环比下降31.4%。（记者邢拓、徐壮）
