据报道，大众汽车执行董事会计划未来五年逐步停止位于德国茨维考和埃姆登两家工厂的生产。位于汉诺威的商用车工厂计划于2032年关闭，位于内卡苏尔姆的奥迪工厂计划于2034年关闭。这四家德国工厂大约有4万名员工。
