7月8日，根据深交所发布的公告，先锋新材（300163）及时任控股股东、实际控制人卢先锋，时任董事长、总经理白瑞琛，董事长、时任董事会秘书熊军因存在违规行为被公开谴责。
先锋新材未能及时披露2018年11月6日控股股东卢先锋与贺沁铭签署的股权转让协议，直至2024年3月才首次披露。
此外，先锋新材为卢先锋的关联方提供的2.5亿元借款担保未按规定履行审议程序，导致相关事项未能及时披露。
