7月8日，吉祥航空（603885）发布公告，控股股东一致行动人均瑶投资将其持有的2750万股股份办理解押，占其所持股份的76.25%及公司总股本的1.27%。之后将上述股份再次质押。截至公告披露日，均瑶投资累计质押股份为2750万股。
2026年一季度，吉祥航空实现收入59.80亿元，归母净利润4.41亿元。
