7月8日，支付宝宣布，支付宝“碰一下”用户数已破4亿，部署线下点位超3000万个，“碰一下”合作生态伙伴数目已经超过2300家。基于线下超3000万物理点位的AI化升级，“碰一下”2026年将重点开放Agent（智能体）服务网络。
