中远海控（601919）公告称，公司拟以集中竞价交易方式回购A股股份，数量为5000万股至1亿股，依照A股回购价格上限15.4元/股测算，预计A股回购金额为7.7亿元—15.4亿元。
本次回购资金来源为自有资金或自筹资金，回购股份将全部注销并减少注册资本，实施期限自董事会审议通过之日起不超过3个月。
截至今日收盘，中远海控股价收报13.98元/股。
