欧阳德，男，字:建云，号:聚德居土，1967年8月生于江西瑞金，大学研究生毕业，从事玉石珠宝鉴定。2026年被中国书画家职称评审中心评为一级书法师。
欧阳德，自幼爱好书法，尤以篆书见长，多次获国家省市书法大赛大奖，对篆书有较深造诣，作品并在港澳，韩国，日本和欧洲荷兰等国展览收藏。
