李敬（清 约公元1661年前后）字圣一,号退庵，清代官员、诗人、画家。顺治四年(1647)进士，授行人，擢监察御史，巡按湖广，有惠政，累迁至刑部侍郎。工诗善画。这套《花鸟图册图》现藏于台北故宫博物院。
