记者从国航、东航、南航等多家航司了解到，自2026年7月5日（含）起销售的国内航线客票，燃油附加费将下调。调整后的收费标准为：
2026年7月5日（不含）以前销售的国内客票，如在2026年7月5日（含）以后进行变更，不再退还已收取的燃油附加费用。
