7月3日，亿纬锂能（300014.SZ）公告称，公司子公司湖北亿纬动力有限公司、荆门亿纬创能锂电池有限公司拟分别在惠州设立研发分公司，以吸纳华南区域科研人才，贴近客户与市场前沿，促进研发成果转化。该事项已获公司董事会审议通过，无需提交股东会审议，不构成重大资产重组及关联交易。
