联动科技7月3日公告，公司、香港联动与Renaissance Maverick Corp.签订《SharePurchase Agreement》。香港联动以现金方式收购标的公司100%股权，交易对价为1,000万美元。本次交易不构成关联交易，不构成《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》规定的重大资产重组，属于公司董事会的审议权限之内。
