据上海链家今日披露的数据，6月上海全市二手房成交2.5万套，同比上涨近20%；今年上半年沪二手房市场成交14万套，同比上涨12%，价格指数近半年持续温和回升，较2025年年底上涨8%。数据显示，上海3月出台新政后刚性需求集中释放，上海链家300万元以下二手房成交占比约60%；6月300-500万元价格段成交占比较3月上涨13%，500-800万元价格段成交占比上涨17%。
