每经讯，雷诺尔7月3日发布公告称，公司境外全资子公司RENLE TECHNOLOGIES PTE.LTD.拟无偿受让关联方陈珊珊持有的注册地为迪拜的一人有限责任公司，该公司公司名称为RENLE MIDDLE EAST L.L.C，经营范围为Workshop Equipment, Machinery & Spare Parts TradingEngines & Machinery Spare Parts Trading。购买完成后，RENLE TECHNOLOGIES PTE.LTD.拟进行增资，增资金额不超过150万美元。
