【海南将防汛防风应急响应提升至三级】财联社7月3日电，海南省气象局已于7月3日6时30分提升台风四级预警为台风三级预警。根据《海南省防汛防风防旱应急预案》有关规定，经会商研判，海南省防灾减灾救灾委员会决定于7月3日7时将防汛防风四级应急响应提升至防汛防风三级应急响应。此外，海南省水务厅、海南省气象局7月3日8时联合发布红色山洪灾害气象风险预警。
