央视记者获悉，当地时间7月2日，美国第五巡回上诉法院裁定，美国移民与海关执法局（ICE）不得依据特朗普政府的大规模拘押政策，在不给予保释听证机会的情况下，将移民拘押超过90天。
该裁决可能影响得克萨斯州、路易斯安那州等第五巡回辖区内数千名被拘押人员。
美国国土安全部暂未回应置评请求。（央视记者 朱磊）
