Lenovo Connect &Tele2 IoT Global IoT Strategic Collaboration

At MWC Shanghai 2026, Lenovo Connect and Tele2IoT, the IoT business unitof the telecom operator Tele2, jointly announced a global IoT strategic collaboration. The two companies will work together on global IoT and connected vehicle connectivity projects, while further exploring long-term collaboration opportunities across global IoT and vehicle connectivity services. Charlie Zhao, CGO of Lenovo Connect, and Onur Kasaba, ManagingDirector of Tele2IoT, attended the event as representatives of the two companies and witnessed the launch of the collaboration.

The collaboration brings together Lenovo Connect’s capabilities in intelligent connectivity, eSIM, global connectivity management platforms and industry-specific services with Tele2IoT’s strengths in communications networks and IoT connectivity. Together, the two companies aim to provide global customers with more stable, efficient and scalable connectivity solutions.

As global IoT and connected vehicle applications continue to grow rapidly, cross-region, cross-operator and cross-scenario connectivity has become a critical foundation for enterprises expanding internationally and deploying smart terminals at scale. Through this strategic collaboration, Lenovo Connect and Tele2 IoT will focus on key scenarios including connected vehicles, smart devices and industrial IoT, helping customers improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience and accelerate global business expansion.
