6月23日至6月24日，大连地铁全线网免费换乘，免费首日早高峰迎大客流。
免费期间，实行地铁全网无缝免费换乘，不区分进出站、乘车里程，乘客无需刷卡、扫码、购票，所有地铁车站进出站闸机全部开放，车站安检前置通过安检后直接免费进出站通行，全线网取消票务核验流程。
