6月22日消息，Meta拟向印度金融科技公司Cred投资约9亿美元，获得约20%股份，公司投后估值约45亿美元。作为交易的一部分，Cred创始人Kunal Shah将接替Will Cathcart出任WhatsApp负责人，而Cathcart将转任Meta内部AI相关新岗位。
