6月18日，一份声明显示，挪威国家电力公司（Statkraft）与美国铝业公司（Alcoa）签署了两项新的电力协议，以确保电力供应，支持美国铝业公司位于挪威利斯塔（Lista）的铝厂继续运营。该电力协议涵盖2028年至2031年期间约4.8太瓦时（TWh）的电力交付。
