近日，位于秦皇岛市的东北大学秦皇岛分校开展“体检趣味减压游戏 保持健康阳光心态”活动。据了解，该活动由学校心理健康教育中心教师带领大学生走进心理活动室，通过体验“松鼠搬家、裤袋接球、鼓舞人心”等趣味减压游戏，引导大学生舒缓情绪压力，保持健康阳光心态。
