2026年5月，本集团经常性收入约人民币44.4亿元，按年增长8.6%，其中，经营性不动产收租型业务租金收入约人民币30.0亿元，按年增长11.4%。
2026年前5月累计经常性收入约人民币220.1亿元，按年增长7.7%，其中，经营性不动产收租型业务租金收入约人民币150.0亿元，按年增长12.9%。
