界面新闻从大冢制药获悉，其斯贝利单抗注射液（商品名：伊再可）获国家药监局批准，适用于降低存在疾病进展风险的原发性免疫球蛋白A肾病（IgA肾病）成人患者的蛋白尿。该药靶向抑制增殖诱导配体（APRIL），是全球首个获批治疗IgA肾病的生物制剂。（界面新闻记者 陈杨）
