6月4日金融一线消息，长沙银行发布公告，旗下湖南长银五八消费金融增资方案取得湖南金融监管局正式批复。本次长银五八消费金融获准新增注册资本8.21亿元，公司注册资本由此从11.24亿元提升至19.45亿元。该增资计划此前已经过长沙银行董事会、临时股东大会审议，长沙银行拟定对其增资总额不超过15.5亿元，相关关联交易详情已于2025年12月16日对外披露。
