当地时间5月31日，伯克希尔·哈撒韦宣布达成最终协议，将以每股72.50美元现金收购美国住宅建筑商泰勒·莫里森，此次收购对泰勒·莫里森的总股权价值约为68亿美元，企业总价值约为85亿美元。此次收购价格较泰勒·莫里森当地时间5月29日的最新收盘价58.50美元溢价24%。该交易预计将于今年下半年完成。
