人民财讯5月26日电，中上协发布4月统计月报，4月，全市场新增首发上市公司19家，首发募资总额211.71亿元，均为制造业公司，其中民营上市公司14家；3家公司平稳退市。1月—4月，全市场新增18家A+H股公司，募资总额超过800亿港元，其中战略性新兴产业公司8家。4月末，境外主要市场中国概念上市公司1875家。
