记者从今天召开的第五次全国人民法庭工作会议上了解到，目前，我国人民法庭数量由五年前的10759个增至11035个，乡村法庭为7615个；审结各类案件3400万件，是上一个五年的1.7倍，占全国法院一审结案比例由25%升至35%。
