5月22日，富淼科技（688350）发布公告，因个人原因，邢燕申请辞去副总经理（副总裁）、董事会秘书职务，其离任后不再担任公司任何职务。
公告还提到，在新董事会秘书选聘之前，公司董事长、总经理钱鑫将代为履行董事会秘书相关职责。
2026年一季度，富淼科技实现收入3.48亿元，归母净利润1907万元。
