5月20日晚，中超联赛第13轮，武汉三镇客场2-2战平上海申花。赛后，《长江日报》记者马万勇在个人社交媒体里写道：“暂代帅位，执教三轮，保持不败，善始善终……但现在，让我们暂时告别邓卓翔，因为苏亚雷斯已经到了！”
昨天的比赛，葡萄牙教头苏亚雷斯是在场边观战。接下来，他将正式接过武汉三镇队教鞭。
此前，苏亚雷斯在中国曾执教过北京国安队和长春亚泰队。
