5月3日，四川华蓥玛琉岩瀑布风景区一名游客在体验“大摆荡”项目时，不幸从高空坠落身亡。记者追踪发现，事故发生的直接原因是释放开关提前松开。目前，涉事企业已被责令停业整顿，涉事企业事故责任人员已被依法采取刑事强制措施。（CCTV法治在线）
