北京商报讯（记者 马换换 李佳雪）5月15日晚间，北交所官网显示，上海珈凯生物股份有限公司（以下简称"珈凯生物"）IPO将于5月22日上会迎考。
据悉，珈凯生物是一家专业从事化妆品功效原料的研发、生产及销售的高新技术企业。公司IPO于2025年6月30日获得受理，并于当年7月24日进入问询阶段。
本次冲击上市，珈凯生物拟募集资金约为3.1亿元。
