5月15日，芯片产业链走势分化，上游设备股逆势上涨，截至收盘，中证半导体材料设备主题指数上涨4.4%，中证芯片产业指数下跌0.6%，上证科创板芯片指数下跌1.7%，上证科创板芯片设计主题指数下跌3.7%。Wind数据显示，截至昨日，科创芯片ETF易方达（589130，联接基金A/C：020670/020671）连续5个交易日获资金净流入，合计超3亿元。
