5月14日，柯力传感（603662）发布公告，财务总监柴小飞因个人原因申请辞职，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
在柴小飞辞职后，公司董事长柯建东代行财务总监职责，直至聘任新任财务总监。
2026年一季度，柯力传感实现收入3.58亿元，归母净利润4112万元。
