财联社5月14日电，丹诺医药在港交所公告，公司拟全球发售8,280,550股H股，香港发售股份828,100股H股，国际发售股份7,452,450股H股，另有15%的超额配股权；发售价为每股75.70港元；预期股份将于2026年5月22日开始在香港联交所买卖。
