根据公示， 东花园路工程项目东至鼓楼北路，西至老东花园路 ，全长175米，宽9米，用地总面积:0.16公顷。
这条新建道路周边，有居然之家，以及碧桂园·凤鸣雅居、碧桂园·珑泊湾、花园半岛等小区， 建成后有利于提升片区内的交通运行效率 。
