5月12日，中国石化（600028/00386）发布公告，郭洪金因年龄原因辞去公司副总裁职务，原定任期至2027年6月。郭洪金离任后将不在公司及其子公司任职，且不存在未履行完毕的公开承诺或增持承诺。
2026年一季度，中国石化实现收入7066.95亿元，归母净利润170.06亿元。
