5月12日，日韩股市高开，韩国综合指数盘中涨2.3%，逼近8000点大关，续创历史新高。该指数年内累计涨幅达到89%，有望创下1987年以来最大年度涨幅。
截至北京时间8:35，涨幅回落至1.6%。两大权重芯片股持续上涨，SK海力士涨近4%，三星电子涨超1%。
日经225指数涨超1.17%涨幅超700点。芯片和金属类股领涨。瑞萨电子上涨6.8%，住友金属鉉山上涨7.3%，软银涨超3%，TOKYO ELECTRON涨近2%。
