教育部今天（9日）在天津启动第三个全国学生心理健康宣传教育月活动。教育部明确，各地学校在宣传教育月期间要面向家长至少开展1次有针对性的心理健康知识宣讲；各级各类学校要优化心理健康服务，强化心理辅导室或心理健康教育与咨询中心建设。
