人民财讯5月8日电，招商证券(600999)5月8日公告，因工作变动，霍达申请辞去公司董事长、执行董事、董事会战略与可持续发展委员会召集人及委员、董事会提名委员会委员等全部职务。辞任后，霍达不再担任公司法定代表人。公司召开董事会会议，全体董事一致推举朱江涛董事代为履行公司董事长、法定代表人职责。
