5月8日，辽宁金融监管局发布行政处罚信息。沈阳铁道保险代理有限公司因“从事保险代理业务超出被代理保险公司的经营区域”，被给予警告处罚，并处以1.5万元罚款。同时，其违法所得11.94万元也被没收。
此外，相关责任人刘冰也被予以警告，并处以0.4万元罚款。
