《科创板日报》8日讯，日本味之素宣布，将通过其合并子公司味之素精细技术株式会社，投资12亿日元（约合5207万元人民币）取得岐阜县可儿市可儿御嵩IC工业园区内的一块新工厂用地。公司计划在该地建设半导体封装材料ABF工厂，预计2028年开工，2032年投产。
