午后半导体硅片概念局部异动，立昂微涨停，西安奕材涨超10%，上海合晶、有研硅、沪硅产业、高测股份、民德电子等冲高。消息面上，中信证券研报称，2026Q2有望成为海外12寸轻掺硅片涨价的关键节点，从而带动12寸重掺、国内12寸轻掺乃至8寸硅片等产品跟涨，开启半导体硅片新一轮的量价齐升周期。
