凌晨4点10分，日本福井县美滨核电站3号机组的高压涡轮机周边出现蒸汽泄漏。该机组当时处于运行状态，工作人员在15分钟后手动停堆。
运营方关西电力公司称，泄漏发生在二次系统，不涉及放射性物质。4点43分，蒸汽泄漏停止。
目前事故原因正在调查中。
