5月6日，母婴上市公司爱婴室与山东婴贝儿宣布深度战略合作，双方合资成立全国加盟运营平台，统一运营“爱婴室”加盟体系。这是爱婴室成立29年来首次开放加盟。
根据2025年财报，爱婴室全年实现营收37.82亿元，同比增长9.09%，但归母净利润8145.68万元，同比下降23.45%。截至2026年3月，爱婴室门店总数超过530家。（界面新闻记者 马越）
