财联社4月30日电，新澳股份(603889.SH)公告称，本次向特定对象发行股票募集资金总额不超过人民币10.19亿元，扣除发行费用后用于新澳越南高档精纺生态纱纺织染整项目(二期)、年产2000吨精梳高端羊绒羊毛花式纱线智能化车间建设项目、高端毛纺产品与数智技术研发中心建设项目及补充流动资金。
