4月29日，威海银行发布公告称，该行收到《山东金融监管局关于周亮威海银行董事任职资格的批复》，国家金融监督管理总局山东监管局已核准周亮担任非执行董事的任职资格。周亮担任该行非执行董事的任职已于2026年4月27日生效，康建不再担任该行非执行董事及董事会相关专门委员会职务。
