黄鸭叫不是鸭子在叫
黄鸭叫学名为黄颡鱼， 由于其能发出鸭子一般的叫声，通体黄色，因此得名黄鸭叫。在湖南湘江流域产出的该鱼最为精华，以此为食材做出的菜系是长沙人最爱的菜肴之一，深受全国各地美食家好评。
