财联社4月27日电，准油股份(002207.SZ)公告称，因公司2025年度利润总额、净利润及扣非后净利润均为负值，且扣除后营业收入低于3亿元，触及深交所退市风险警示情形。公司股票将于4月28日停牌一天，自4月29日开市起复牌并实施“退市风险警示”，股票简称由“准油股份”变更为“*ST准油”，日涨跌幅限制为5%。
