4月26日，豪美新材（002988）发布公告，公司于2026年4月24日召开董事会，通过了《关于聘任公司副总经理的议案》。
根据公司经营发展需要，董事会同意聘任王兰兰和吴鹏为公司副总经理，任期自本次董事会会议审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。
2026年一季度，豪美新材实现收入18.89亿元，归母净利润3977万元。
