4月22日，轻纺城（600790）发布公告，公司于2026年4月21日召开第十一届董事会第二十一次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司证券事务代表的议案》。董事会同意聘任王冠丽为公司证券事务代表，任期至第十一届董事会届满之日，即2027年5月7日。
2025年，轻纺城实现收入8.78亿元，归母净利润-1621万元。
